Heather Schweizer

Education Director

Heather Schweizer has been a teacher in our Religious School since 2005. She was recently promoted to Educator. A graduate from Project Moreh and Moreh with Mentors sponsored by the Partnership for Jewish Learning and Life, Heather is eager to bring Jewish Teachable Moments into everyday life and to create exciting, interesting, and dynamic programs for students and their families.




Marc D. Colton

Executive Director

Marc is the immediate Past-President of Temple Beth Am and is now serving as our part-time Executive Director. His extensive knowledge of TBA and the Reform movement in general will allow him to oversee the administrative functions in the Temple and lead our “turnaround” efforts as identified by the TBA Board.
 
 Marc has a BA in Marketing & Management from George Washington University and is a graduate of the Bendix Executive Management Institute.
 
He is also the President of Synagogue Management & Marketing, a consultancy serving synagogues throughout the New York Metropolitan area.
 
Marc and his wife Fran, Son, Mitchell and Daughter, Hayley live in Rockaway.
